1:ORDERS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments or donations directly through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, just choose "pay by credit card" on the PayPal page.
2:SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your item will be shipped within 2-5 business days. All items are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. We are only shipping orders within the Contential United States right now. It typically takes from 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
Can I send my order as a gift to someone?
We will happily ship straight to a giftee and include a personal note as requested, just let us know in the note to seller at checkout.
4:RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please let us know within three days of delivery. We would be happy to exchange it or refund your money as long as your order is returned to us in the condition it was sent. All returns are shipped at the expense of the buyer. Item must be returned within 7 DAYS after the buyer receives the item. A refund will be issued or exchange made after we receive the original item.
